The property was great with very good staff at the reception desk. The location was central, just next door to various pubs / restaurants. We saw Liverpool One Shopping Complex, that's at a moderate distance from the venue. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would stay here again.
Didn't like the area, it was unwelcoming.

Quirky place, it was fairly clean and had very nice helpful and attentive staff at the reception desk. We had superb breakfasts for gluten free well. The location was incredible for exploring this fairly quiet area, very close to various pubs / restaurants, the beach, and town centre and the front/esplanade and the town with the grrrrreat pubs and restaurants.

I greatly enjoyed the hotel overall. The breakfast was gorgeous and perfect, featured a huge variety of meals. I booked a lovely sized and freshly decorated room complete with lovely fluffy large towels, a shower, as for instance. The staff team was outstandingly accommodating. The location was marvellous and lovely as for me. The airport was 20 km away.
